Rates are per week for the property. Includes linen, towels and pool towels. All linen and towels changed weekly where stays are for two weeks or more.

Restrictions:
This is a Non Smoking home - we would appreciate it therefore if you did not smoke in the house as this may activate the smoke alarms. In such instances you would be charged for management company to reset them.
No Stag or Hen parties are permitted.
Booking Terms
Arrival and Departure days are flexible.
A deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required to secure a booking. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to departure together with a refundable damage/lost key deposit of £75.

Bookings for 3weeks or more will qualify for a 15% discount on the rental cost. (cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers).

Nov 09 - Mar2010 £225 GBP
April May £250 GBP
June to August £350 GBP
Sept Oct £300 GBP
