Rates are per week for the property. Includes linen, towels and pool towels. All linen and towels changed weekly where stays are for two weeks or more.

Restrictions:

This is a Non Smoking home - we would appreciate it therefore it you did not smoke in the house as this may activate the smoke alarms. In such instances you would be charged for management comnpany to reset them.

No Stag or Hen parties

Booking Terms

A deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required to secure a booking. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to departure together with a refundable damage/lost key deposit of £75.

Bookings for 3weeks or more will qualify for a 15% discount.
