Rates are per week for the property. Includes linen and towels and pool towels. All linen and towels changed weekly where stays are for two weeks or more.

Restrictions:
This is a Non Smoking home - we would appreciate it therefore if you did not smoke in the house as this may activate the smoke alarms. In such instances you would be charged for management company to reset them.
No Stag or Hen parties are permitted.
Booking Terms
Arrival and Departure days are flexible.
A deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required to secure a booking. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to departure together with a refundable damage/lost key deposit of £75.

Repeat bookings will qualify for a 15% discount on the rental cost. (cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers).
Payment can be made either by cheque or BACS transfer from bank to bank.

Nov to March £235 GBP
April and May £260 GBP
June to August £370 GBP
Sept and Oct £340 GBP
